If you do not know whether or not you have an account, you will need to click on "Create Account" and go through the process. After entering an email address, password, and screen name, click the "Create Account" button. If an account associated with that email address already exists, the system will display an error saying an account with that email already exists. If you do not already have an account, one will be created for you using the credentials you entered. You will need to active your account from the confirmation email sent to the email address you entered. Once your account is confirmed, you will be able to sign into the Course site.
Providing your name will allow the site to present you with a personalized certificate of completion when you finish all lessons associated with a course.
This could be for several reasons. The most common is the email was sent to your spam folder. If you find the email in that folder, click on the link there, and mark the email ‘not spam’ so additional emails we send you are valid and go to your inbox. It may also be possible you entered the wrong email address. If you think this may be the reason, try logging in again. If you still do not receive it, please email [email protected], and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
Login using the email address and password associated with your CBN account. If you do not remember your password, please click on the reset password link and follow the instructions.
